Details MRP-L M-LOK 11.5 “Shovelnose” Upper Receiver

  • Ambidextrous Charging Handle
  • S-A Piston Bolt Carrier Group
  • MARS-L Lower Receiver
  • 16″ 5.56 x 45 (.223) Chrome Lined 1:7″ RH Twist Barrel

Utilizing the LMT® patented Monolithic Rail Platform, MRP™. The receiver and handguard are made from a single piece of aerospace grade aluminum. The barrel is held in place with a proprietary locking system that utilizes two locking bolts accessible from the right side of the receiver. The only tool needed is a standard T-30 Torx bit to tighten the bolts. This receiver requires the patented LMT monolithic barrel assembly which has a low profile gas block with straight gas tube.

The “Shovelnose” MRP upper was designed specifically for shooters who need more room for mounting accessories when using LMT piston barrels.

The handguard features a larger internal diameter allowing for the installation and removal of any LMT barrel without removing MLOK add-ons. The upper receiver has 19.25″ of picatinny rail on the 12 o’clock position.

The remaining 7 sides provide M-LOK compatible attachment points. The MARS-L ambidextrous lower receiver features our AXLE two-stage trigger, winter trigger guard, endplate with QD swivel point, LMT® ergonomic textured grip, and SOPMOD stock.

The ambidextrous features include bolt catch and release, magazine catch, and safety selector.

As with all LMT® lower receivers, the extension tube is coated with dry film lubricant.

This weapon system comes complete with magazine, owner’s manual, and 3 rail panels.
